Job description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role goes beyond graphic design and requires active involvement in content creation, branding, digital campaigns, photography, videography, and creative direction. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming marketing concepts into engaging visual content across both digital and traditional platforms while staying ahead of evolving design and social media trends.   • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital content strategies.
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to all aspects of marketing campaigns, including video shoots, photography sessions, and creative productions.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality creative materials for digital, print, and outdoor advertising.
  • Develop engaging social media creatives, campaign visuals, product promotions, and branding materials.
  • Participate in product photography, videography, and creative video productions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team during video shoots, campaign planning, and brand activations.
  • Create visual concepts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Edit videos, motion graphics, and short-form content suitable for modern social media channels.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging social media content styles.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the creative team.
  • Coordinate with printers, production teams, agencies, and other external partners to ensure quality output.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant creative software.
  • Strong knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Experience creating content optimized for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, print, digital design, and multimedia projects.
  • Excellent creativity, communication, and project management skills
